 When does my sunscreen expire?

The shelf life for Panama Jack suncare is 3 years. Our products either have an expiration date or a "LOT" number printed on the product. For those items with a "LOT" number, the first digit signifies the year in which it was produced. The following two digits signify the month of manufacture. For example, if the code is LOT71211, then it was made in December of 2017 and should not be used after December of 2020. You will find the lot number in one of 3 locations:

- Printed on the bottom of the product.

- Printed on the barcode of the product

- Stamped into the crimp at the top of any tube (such as our 2-ounce and 3-ounce tubes)

 When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. All orders ship via USPS or UPS, unless expedited shipping was selected during the order process. To track your order, please check the email account that was used when creating the account and placing the order (including spam/junk folders). Tracking emails will be automatically sent once your order ships. The email will contain your shipment information, including a link to track the order.
