These thirst quenching or mind-altering beverages are the best beach drinks to help you get a taste of world flavor and pass a fun-in-the-sun type of day.

Coconut Water
For those who love hydration, coconut water is the optimal beach beverage. Known as “Mother Nature’s Sport Drink” coconut water fuels the body with high servings of potassium, electrolytes and natural sugar. Many Asian and Caribbean beaches have coconut stands where locals tap the top and you sip from the straw. It’s refreshing, cool and does the body good compared to it’s artificial counterpart, Gatorade.

Mai Tai
