We want you to love your Panama Jack purchase. If you don't, that's okay, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that only items purchased from our website will be eligible for a return or exchange. Store purchased items should be returned to where they were bought for a refund or exchange.
Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. Feel free to contact us at 1-800-840-5225 to set-up your return.
Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
- Worn hats
- Used suncare products
- Sale items
- Non Panama Jack website purchases
What if my order arrives damaged?
We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. We double-box many of our hats, and we refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us immediately and we will get a new one sent out (depending on availability).
