 When does my sunscreen expire?

The shelf life for Panama Jack suncare is three years. Our products either have an expiration date or a lot number printed on the product. For those items with a lot number, the first digit signifies the year in which it was produced. The following two digits signify the month of manufacture. For example, if the code is 31211, then it was made in December of 2013 and should not be used after January of 2016. You will find the lot number in one of 3 locations:


- Printed on the bottom of the product.

- Printed on the barcode of the product

- Stamped into the crimp at the top of any tube (such as our 2-ounce and 3-ounce tubes)

 When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. All orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground unless expedited shipping was selected during the order process. To track your order, please visit Order Tracking.

 What if my order arrives damaged?

We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. We double-box many of our hats, and we refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us immediately and we will get a new one sent out (depending on availability).
